Current opportunities

AC Corporate Transaction Services is seeking a Business Analyst to support our Head of Corporate Finance. This newly available role encompasses the modelling, structuring, and analysis of businesses, organizations, and corporate transactions utilizing a diverse set of models and techniques. The role demands the application of technical skills to real-world situations, deconstructing complex systems, addressing challenges, and unlocking value.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail. A commitment to client service, innovative thinking, and a robust work ethic are imperative qualities at our firm. The ability to integrate technical expertise with client insights and experience is crucial to stay ahead of evolving trends, adaptability, and resilience in times of uncertainty.

Responsibilities also include project management, financial analysis, data visualization, and research. Candidates should have a fervent interest in specializing in finance, accounting, and consulting, bolstered by outstanding communication skills and a dedication to continual learning.
 

Business Analyst 
•    Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams.
•    Support the origination and execution of M&A mandates / transactions 
•    Build advanced, detailed business/financial models and valuation analyses with excel or other modelling tools.
•    Synthesize complex analysis to generate conclusions.
•    Develop new and creative analyses to prove hypotheses.
•    Structure, design and create documents for use in client meetings or for internal discussions 
•    Build trusting relationships with clients, stakeholders and within the firm.
•    Assist in identifying opportunities to increase revenue and to grow the organisational client base.
